In the context of any kind of refund of un-utilized services, when you don't avail the services by cancelling them in advance, the complete amount of refund would be calculated on the legal basis of the cancellation policy that has been described above. The refund money would be given to the person who had paid us for particular services. The bank procedures might take 2 to 4 weeks of time to refund the exact amount of money. When the refund is directed to a credit card or bank account, relevant charges from the amount would be debited. Our service rates are solely based on the agreement that we have done with our partners and third parties at various sectors. They have the right to change or modify the service rates. In case of such changes, we might alter our own service rates. The booking charges of the accommodation are based on the usual check-in and the check-out times by the customer, unless mentioned otherwise in the details of the itinerary.
We are not responsible for any kinds of delays or changes in the itineraries due to weather conditions, cancellations of flights, accidents, machinery or system breakdown, transport troubles, sickness, political closures, political strikes, and any other similar untoward incidents while you are availing the itinerary. Find 24 is not responsible for any loss to life, or property or any other kind of loss in relation to any of the services directly or indirectly rendered by us, due to any form of dangers, breakdown of systems or machineries, civil disturbances, riots, burglaries, thefts, pandemic, epidemic situations, medical regulations, defaults, financial cause, or any other causes that are beyond any control.
Cancellation Policy
You must clearly inform us in writing about any kind of cancellation or no show or early departure that is related to any of the services during the tour, due to reasons of any nature. The cancellation charges as per our conditions would be effectively applied from the exact date we receive your request for the same. The cancellation charges are:
Hotel / Resort Cancellation Policy
- 30 days prior to arrival - 0% of the tour cost.
- 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
- 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
- Less than 7 days or no show - NO REFUND.
Jungle Safari Cancellation Policy:
- Duration 120 - 30 Days - 75% refund
- Duration 30 - 15 - 50% refund
- Duration 15 - 5 days - 25% refund
- Less than 5 days - No refund
When there is a peak season, especially during the festive holidays, including weekdays and weekends, a different cancellation policy, if applicable, would be notified accordingly to you. If you cancel the tour after commencing it, our refund would be only a limited amount, depending on the costs we would be able to recover from our partners according to the laid terms and conditions. For any unused accommodation and related services, we are not responsible for the refund.
